For the Ages
By G J McRae
Saints & Packers blew the season open in front of
70,000 combining for 731 passing yards, 184 rushing, D.Brees (easy brezzy)
completed 32 passes hitting D.Henderson (6 catches 100yds),M. Colston (6 catches 81yds), M.Ingram (13carries 40yds), P. Thomas (5 carries, 31yds). New Orleans objective is to hit
the end zone with every possession wide out spreads and dreads will stumble
several teams secondary coverage creating lead feet corners and ineffective
blitz packages scoring is key for the saints to control games and a strong
stand on defense.
A.Rodgers (Aaron the mighty) hammered 27 passes
striking G. Jennings (7 catches 89yds) J. Nelson (6catches77yds) J. Starks (12 carries 57yds),R.Grant (9carries 40yds).
The track packfocused on the run defensively D.Bishop along with M.Burnett blew up the saints
running game. Green bay defense will control games for the offense to crunch
and munch the clock for a fast track winning games.
C.Newton(CammieNewtron) took to the skies with 24 passes for 422 yards
S.Smith(8 catches178yds) G.Olsen (4 catches 78yds).
The panthers stalked the ground very little in this game D.Williams (12 carries 30yds)
A strong d line could keep the panthers in the hunt for redemption but secondary concerns will
keep the Patient prowl offense on its toes searching for points to build a
solid lead in hopes of holding out for a three and out defensive sequence.
K.Kolb(Kevinthe Kid) accurate eye threw 18 passes for 309 yards E.Doucet (3catches 105yds),
L.Fitzgerald(3catches62yds) there was no cardinal take off with
B.Wells(18 carries90yds), Arizona has found out how to win
with accuracy and execution hooks and looks cause confusion, with a strong line
and over coverage in the secondary containing wide outs in close games.
Victorious Vick, Cammie Newtron, Rock star Romo, Rexxi and the Jets have given Football a spectacular
opening. Looking forward you can only imagine is something epic unfolding before
our very eyes. Just as the Presidential address we heard days ago urging
politicians to move this country forward a rally cry for more productive as a
nation something epic for generations to talk about. A salute to our service men and women from

And once again McNabb has given us every reason to believe that it’s OK to liken him to an aging Brett Favre ! His stats in the Vikings’ loss to Chargers is enough to state that he’s done ! 7/15 for 35yds , 0TD’s , 0INT’s . People think that the Vikings are NFC contenders ? In what parallel universe ? Pity ’bout Peterson being given that deal knowing that he’s being served by a … QB ….. that’s not worth a damn !

The season is still young so many are in panic mode, yes mcnabb seems to be in a slower offense that is relying on him to move the chains with quick pass routes to free up AP for monster runs. The vikings should look at this season as a learning.

There’ve been geriatrics in wheelchairs that’ve shown more athleticism than McNabb at this stage of his career !
And that O Line of the Vikings isn’t worth a damn to begin with !
If they can’t protect DM then they simply don’t stand a chance at all . But McNabb is doing himself no favors with his sloth like agility . ‘nough said !
The team’s window of opportunity is slowly closing . If they don’t get it done this year then it’ll be a long time before they can actually envisage it happening .
Their draft simply didn’t do enough to address many of their more pertinent needs !
Let me know what you think of the following ?

Well the vikings could look towards next year but i would say around week seven, most teams have to be more aggressive coming out the gate in week two there is a lil rust on some teams. NFL free agency has left a lot of guys out in the dark players feel there rookie deals are under paying them and seeking more dollars and years or extensions for a job well done.
